Exactly. You know nothing but which you are told. I know everything from which I myself have learned. Do not try to say you, your parents or the speakers or anyone for that matter has some higher knowledge than anyone of that which you do not know. I am done with this argument.
My parents learned from their parents who learned from their parents, and so on. My parents are from the second country which the message of islam reached, which means 2 things are possible; my ancestors converted to Islam, or they were followers of the last prophet. The speakers studied Islam and traveled the world to learn more about Islam. I also researched Islam from Islamic sites created by Muslims. |

I think we need to get back on topic here. However, I do have one thing about your "debate". ...Qur'an 2:191: And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter
That just means to drive out/kill non-believers from where they oppressed you. It also goes on to say to kill people who leave Islam in Qur'an 4:089. Qur'an 4:091 Basicly says to kill those you do not trust.
Bukhari Hadith Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177 -- Says to kill Jews. I think it singled out Jews mainly because they were extremely close to the Muslims.

Killing people who leave Islam is un-neccessary because it's a one-way ticket to hell which can't be returned, it doesn't mean "...to kill those you don't trust". Most Muslims dislike jews for the same reason most strong Cristians dislike jews; jews killed Jesus. I still agree that killing traitors is neccessary, but only if they pose a strong threat towards ones well-being, family, and/or home; after getting the information about the enemy that you need. The Jews didn't kill Jesus. The Romans did. |

One thing both Muslims and Cristians can agree upon; we both respect and revere Jesus, and await his Second Coming. The only difference is that Cristians believe Jesus is the Son of God, and Muslims believe God has no parents, siblings, and/or birth chidren; nor does he have any equal.
